Rob has handled thousands of property damage claims of all types, with damages ranging into the millions of dollars. Rob has worked in the industry for over 20 years and has extensive experience assisting in the adjustment and settlement of appraisals and litigated claims. Rob grew up in Wilmington, North Carolina and is a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill.

Rob is an Accredited Claims Adjuster (ACA) and is a certified expert estimator in Xactware, the leading computerized damage estimating software used in the insurance industry.
